Dr.(Mrs) Rama Venkataraman, a prolific writer has many books to her credit in diverse fields. A doctorate in Environmental science from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, she later went to do her M.D in Acupuncture science and has penned several easy to understand books in that field. Apart from that two of her well acclaimed books are ‘Ladakh a Himalayan treasure’ and ‘Dramatic version of seven Major Upanishad’.This is her venture in the field of Children’s books. Here the Vikram & Betal stories are written in a lucid and descriptive style transporting the young readers into realm of yonder.
